With 30 years of experience as a project manager and educator, I’ve built my career on helping teams turn complex challenges into meaningful results. I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, from non-profits and public health to cutting-edge technology. As the COO of Pinax, a blockchain company, I oversee product development, HR, and finance, driving strategy and execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Before this, I served as Program Manager for St. John Ambulance – National, where I led high-stakes projects, including a government-funded initiative to combat the opioid crisis by distributing Naloxone kits and training frontline workers.
My approach is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and simplicity. I excel at designing processes that work for the people using them, making project management less about bureaucracy and more about getting things done effectively. As an educator, I’ve created and delivered training programs for audiences like Canadian judges, health workers, and corporate teams, blending storytelling, humor, and actionable insights to inspire and empower others.
